Pure relaxation by the lake and in nature! Work or relax directly on the approx. 4 m deep swimming lake with its own large terrace and private lake access in the fully equipped 60 sqm house with underfloor heating and air conditioning in absolute peace! At the gates of Vienna, far from the hustle and bustle, 5 minutes by car from the village of Münchendorf, a starting point for excursions, leisure activities or even professional activities The space The house with direct views of the lake and small garden consists of an open living, dining, kitchen area, a separate bathroom, a bedroom and a storage room. In the living and dining area you will find a TV (no ORF, no Netflix) and a radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, DeLonghi coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and a selection of spices. In the bathroom, guests will find a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel/soap, as well as a small emergency reserve such as a toothbrush or razor. In the bedroom, our guests feel particularly comfortable on high-quality mattresses with a hardness of 2 or 3 and in the cold season they cuddle up in warm down duvets (alternatively, thinner duvets are also available). Undisturbed sleep is also promoted by fly screens and roller blinds. The storage room is equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hand vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, broom and mop, ironing board and iron. Air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house except in the storage room allow you to easily adjust the desired temperature. Wi-Fi is available. The windows and patio doors all have fly screens and roller blinds (electric in the living room) The huge terrace has an extendable sun roof, an additional parasol as well as an aluminum garden table with 4 chairs, sun loungers and of course our direct private lake access! Unfortunately, fishing is not allowed in our lake! About 12 minutes away by car there are 3 golf courses. You can reach the sights of Vienna in about 30 minutes by car. Bus and train connections take you to Vienna Central Station in 35 minutes. A perfect place to combine work and leisure! Please note that the local tax of €2.50 per person/night will be charged in advance via the Airbnb Resolution Center. According to local registration law, a guest sheet with name, address, birthday, citizenship and passport/ID number must be filled out upon arrival.
