Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic. The space The main area with a surface of 60m2 contains the kitchen, living room and bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Open iron stairs , adorned with oak wood lead to the 30 m2 rooftop gallery with another bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The gallery is separated with a huge glass wall and doors from the lower floor, which makes the spaces more light and open with a breathtaking and unique view on the rooftops of Trogir as well as the surrounding mountains. The height of the gallery varies due to the traditional roof construction, and should be taking into account. Bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds , those on the lower floor can be separated into two single beds if needed. The layout of this place is not ideal for small children, and people with mobility issues as the number of stairs, and their shapes can be challenging due to the layout of the old house. Guest access Entire penthouse is just for the guests while the courtyard is shared with other tenants Other things to note As the location of the penthouse is very central, there are bars around which can be potentially noisy during the weekends.
