Little Bear welcomes you to a true up north experience in our lake front getaway with sandy shores and private lake access. The entire property is renovated it has heat/air conditioning, & private sandy beach, 220' of dock, swim platform, toys/yard games, kayaks, paddle boards, a jet ski available for rent & boat mooring rights for your entire stay. Look over the lake eating dinner on the terrace complete with seating/eating area! No one will be at the main house during your stay. The space 100% renovated inside and out. We pride ourselves on attention to detail. You will be staying in the cabin and lower level of the main house but don’t worry, no one will be occupying the main level while you visit! While visiting you will be enjoying the private sandy beach, 220' of dock, swim platform, toys/yard games, two kayaks, two paddle boards, a jet ski available for rent & boat mooring rights for your entire stay. Look over the lake eating dinner on the expansive terrace complete with seating/eating area! This is our home, so you may find a few personal photos but you will also find the high end finishes and amenities we know you expect. Jet ski rental available upon request! Guest access You have exclusive, private access to the entire property except the main home's first floor and garage. You can moor your watercraft along our 220' of dock and in the lake in front of our property or on our mooring buoys. Other things to note Contact us regarding available jet ski rental! Please park in front of the garages and contact me if you need parking for a trailer or toys during your stay so I can show you where you can park them.
