Path to back of house has cement walkway/stepping stones which may not be suitable for a rolling suitcase or those with limited mobility. No access to kitchen/laundry Included are microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge/freezer, ice maker. You control your heat/AC The space Self- contained space with a separate entrance and no shared space. Guest access Private entrance at rear of home. No access to main part of home. Other things to note Quiet time is 9:00 pm to 7:00 am so please no tv/music during that time. This suite is in my home so your observance of this will be greatly appreciated. The South River Gun Club is 1.5 miles to the southwest of the back of the home so you might occasionally hear shooting 9:00 am until dark. It’s not often but does happen. No smoking inside house; $250 odor removal fee if there is smoking inside home. Smoking permitted outside with door and windows closed.
