Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This oceanside complex has two private beach access points and two pools. Your condo features an amazing view of the ocean from the living room and private deck, a king bed in the master bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, free parking for two cars, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space for six. We have recently remodeled, so you can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach side life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast! Come enjoy this 2 bedroom condo by the sea! Well-appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable king-size bed, three twin beds, plus a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to six people, the condo may be a bit tight for six adults. A maximum of four adults is recommended. Two-four adults with two-four children (not to exceed six total guests) is OK for this space. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. It may be helpful to know this condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so you will need to climb three sets of stairs to access the condo (the first floor is elevated, so yes, three flights of stairs). We ask guests to pick up after themselves and straighten up prior to departure. The cleaning fee is for deep cleaning, sanitizing, and laundering the linens between guests to make the unit as safe as possible for every stay. Notes: We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions! This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region. You will have full access to the condo. Guests are allowed to use the pools (in season) and there is private access to the beach mere steps away from your door. There is also a laundry room on-site in the unit. Boats, boat trailers, and RVs are not allowed at this complex. I live locally and can be available if you need something. Unless requested that I come by to assist you with something, I will respect your privacy during your visit to the beach. If I happen to be out of town during your stay, I have friends who can help. The complex is just over the dunes from the beach. Grab your towel and beach chair and take the short stroll across the yard to the beach. In close proximity to Atlantic Beach Boardwalk, Atlantic Beach Park, Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle Beach. NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is just down the road. Short drive to tons of area attractions and only about 40 minutes to historic New Bern. Steps from the beach and the onsite pools. Most other places, you will need a car as public transportation isn't available in the area.
