Relax in a spacious living area with stunning tongue-and-groove wood ceilings, a 28-ft river rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Table Rock Lake and the pool area. Two upper-level master suites each feature a king bed and a private ensuite bath. The cozy loft with a futon and TV is great for kids. On the main level, you’ll find two more bedrooms (queen + full/queen bunk) with a shared Jack-and-Jill bath. Step outside to your private patio to soak in the views or make s’mores at the charming stone fireplace — roasting sticks included! Guest access Free Bonus Tickets! Other things to note PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT BOOKING RULES These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking. PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August) • Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights • Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat–Tues, Tues–Sat, Sat–Sat) SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK • 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule • Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day • Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (No Saturday check-in or check-out) OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May) • 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday) • January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night • Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS No check-in or check-out on the following holidays: • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Eve • Christmas Day We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November! (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.) *MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. *Check-In 5pm, Check-out 10am strictly enforced. *No smoking, vaping, pets or parties permitted at this property.
