The space Welcome to ItsAlwaysSunny ☀️ Local license number: CVR240011 Our goal is simple: make your vacation easy, comfortable and fun. Newly renovated in late 2024, our 5-bedroom, 2½-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and gives everyone plenty of room to spread out. The house is designed with families and groups in mind, with four of the bedrooms located together on one side of the home with the fifth bedroom/den combo on the opposite side, and multiple spaces to relax, play, work or simply hang out. 🏡 The Main Living Area The heart of ItsAlwaysSunny is the open-concept living and dining area, designed to give everyone plenty of room to gather, relax and enjoy time together. We've recently added a new Lovesac Sactional, providing flexible, ultra-comfortable seating for lounging, movie nights or simply kicking back after a day at the beach. The CitySac with Squattoman offers another favorite spot to curl up and relax. A dedicated coffee bar makes those early-morning beach days a little easier, while large sliding doors open directly into the enclosed Florida room, creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The kitchen was completely renovated in December 2024 and features a fresh, modern layout with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A convenient service window/door connects the kitchen directly to the Florida room bar, making it easy to serve drinks, snacks and meals when everyone is gathered together. Whether you're enjoying coffee before heading to the beach, gathering for dinner, or sinking into the Lovesac after a long day in the Florida sun, this is a space designed for relaxing, reconnecting and making memories together. 🎮 The Florida Room & Game Room This may become the kids' favorite room in the house—or the adults! The enclosed Florida room features its own bar along with foosball, air hockey and a pool table. It's the perfect place to escape the afternoon sun, keep the kids entertained, or enjoy some friendly family competition after a day at the beach. There's also a second living area with a sofa bed, games and DVDs, plus a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to get a little work done while they're away. 🏊 Your Private Backyard Oasis Step outside and you'll find the place where you may spend most of your vacation! Our fully fenced backyard is a private tropical oasis, featuring a solar-heated saltwater pool lined with beautiful palm trees—the perfect spot to cool off, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. After the beach, rinse off in the spacious double outdoor shower, then settle in poolside with plenty of room to lounge, enjoy a drink or let the kids play. When it's time to eat, fire up the Traeger wood-pellet smoker or charcoal grill and enjoy a backyard dinner surrounded by swaying palms and the relaxed atmosphere of your own private Florida retreat. Beach by day. Pool by afternoon. Dinner under the palms. Grab a bike, hop in the golf cart, or simply take a stroll and explore the neighborhood. From a sunrise ride to the beach to an evening cruise to the Melbourne Beach Pier, getting out and enjoying Melbourne Beach is part of the experience. Less packing. More exploring. You're approximately ½ mile from the beach, Melbourne Beach Pier, Ryckman Park (playground + pickleball courts), shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is (quiet) residential, relaxed and family-friendly. And when you want to explore beyond Melbourne Beach, you're about 1½ miles from Indialantic and within easy driving distance of many Space Coast attractions. Disney World is approximately 70 miles away, while Cape Canaveral is less than an hour by car—making an easy day-trip option depending on your plans. ❤️ Our Promise We want you to arrive, unpack, take a deep breath and start enjoying your vacation. Come for the beach. Stay for the pool. Make memories everywhere in between. Guest access The home is fully accessible by guests except for locked storage used for supplies. Other things to note Guests will be provided with the following: 1. Bath & Beach towels 2. All bed linens 3. Beach supplies (toys, chairs, beach carts, etc) *Note - Surfboards & Golf Cart are not for guest use 4. Laundry and Dishwasher pods 5.
