Remodeled Acacias apartment in an excellent location

In this cozy apartment you will find everything to feel right at home. You will also enjoy the best location in Gdl. where restaurants, cinemas and squares will be just around the corner. All without sacrificing the tranquility of resting in a safe and family area, so NO MEETINGS, NO LOUD MUSIC. (The POOL is by RESERVATION ONLY, closed on Mondays for maintenance). The apartment does NOT have air conditioning, but it does have fans) The space In the condominium, you will find a children's pool and next to it an adult pool that you can use from Tuesday to Sunday. (AVAILABLE WITH ADVANCE BOOKING) Monday CLOSED for maintenance. In March 2023, due to user feedback, the internet company was changed to Totalplay 100 megas and now it works MUCH BETTER! There are televisions with internet, SKY or cable depending on the room. The apartment is on the first floor by stairs. We've changed to new pillows! (Dec 18, 2024) We installed an internet repeater in the hallway to improve internet in the bedrooms. (Dec 18, 2024) Guest access In the condominium, you will find common areas with other apartments full of trees and plants. You can hang out on their benches and play on the slide Other things to note The apartment DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. All bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans and are located on the first floor by stairs. In total, there are 3 BEDS in 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) and 1 SOFA BED in the living room. We clarify that the only bedroom with a private bathroom is one of the double bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms, the double and the single, and the sofa bed share a bathroom that is in the hallway. We also have 4 TVs: a TV with SKY service in the master bedroom with bathroom, 2 other SmartTVs with internet for Netflix in the bedroom with a single bed and in the other master bedroom, and another TV with Cable and Netflix in the living room with a sofa bed. In March 2023, due to user feedback, the INTERNET company was CHANGED to TOTALPLAY 100 megabytes and it works MUCH BETTER! I suggest using the internet that the cablevision box in the TV room TOTALPLAY_37B47D emits, which is 5Ghz. The apartment has ONLY ONE parking space inside the condominium. The condominium has two security guards 24 hours a day. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you DO NOT take out the garbage after 9AM or take it out on SUNDAYS, as it would be outside the apartment all day. From Monday to Saturday, a person comes by at 9 am to pick up the bags that are taken out of the apartment, which is why we CANNOT take it out after 9 am
