Beautiful well maintained spacious 3 Bedroom 3 bath with a sleeper sofa. Loads of room for the whole family with a huge living area and wrap around balcony. Enjoy cooking a meal while enjoying the Oceanview, everything you need to prepare the perfect beach meal. Or, enjoy a carry in and spend time with the family while you enjoy your meal and watch the ocean waves. Be sure to save time to take a dip in the pools, hot tub, lazy river, or walk just steps to the ocean for that wave playtime. To The space Unique 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom open concept unit. Master bedroom has small private side balcony in addition to main oceanfront balcony off living room and main living areas. Guest access All pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers on the resort as well as most activities provided by Wyndham. Other things to note **New for 2023-- EV Chargers are now located on the Resort for your use. **Beach Towels are not provided. No daily maid service. We provide a gift supply of paper products, which includes toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. A small supply of cleaning items, broom and vacuum are provided in the condo for your use. We have provided 10 sets of bath linens. please feel free to laundry as your needs demand. If more linens are needed the cost would be $65 for additional sets of 10 or you may use the washer/dryer located in the unit. Bedding is provided for the sleeper sofa. If anything more is needed or missing, don't hesitate to contact me, and I will do everything possible to be sure your vacation is enjoyable. On site free parking with parking pass provided at time of check-in. During Hurricane Season, refunds will only be considered if a MANDATORY Evacuation is required. ***We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.
