Casa do Deck Inesquecível is ideal for enjoying wonderful days in Escarpas do Lago with your family and friends. The highlight of the house is its wooden deck, overlooking the condominium and Morro do Chapéu. On the deck you will find the barbecue, cooktop, shower, tables, a delicious futon and a wonderful spa for up to 7 people. The space is in the back of the house, ensuring greater privacy. The space PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS BELOW CAREFULLY! Casa do Deck Inesquecível is ideal for enjoying wonderful days in Escarpas do Lago with your family and friends. The highlight of the house is its wooden deck, overlooking the condominium and Morro do Chapéu. On the deck you will find the barbecue, cooktop, shower, tables, a delicious futon and a wonderful spa for up to 7 people. The space is in the back of the house, ensuring greater privacy. UPPER FLOOR: At the entrance of the house, we have a living room with 2 sofas and a Smart TV. Next are the rooms, which are integrated, where there is a large glass door that gives access to the deck. In the kitchen we have a fixed table, industrial stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and utensils to prepare your meals. The house has 6 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 5 of them en-suites. On the main floor of the house (where the living rooms, kitchen and deck are located) we have 4 bedrooms, as described below: - Bedroom 1 (not an en-suite, but there is a bathroom right in front) - 2 single beds; - Bedroom 2 (suite) - 1 double bed; - Bedroom 3 (suite) - 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed; - Bedroom 4 (suite) - 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. LOWER FLOOR: Access to the lower floor is via the deck stairs. The pool and 2 more bedrooms are on the lower floor: - Bedroom 5 (suite) - 1 queen bed; and - Bedroom 6 (suite) - 3 single beds. Remember that ALL rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The beds are lined with sheets, pillows, pillowcases and a bedspread. Hand, bath and pool towels will not be provided. In addition, an amount related to energy and water consumption during the hosting period will be charged. This consumption will be calculated by recording the meters at check-in and check-out, in accordance with the unit values determined by the operators CEMIG and COPASA. Guests must leave the house with clean dishes and trash outside the house. By renting the house, guests will be agreeing to the recommendations mentioned here. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the laundry room. We can grant access upon request.
