The property is located hillside. There are 3 flights of stairs going up and the private road approaching the property is sloping up. This hillside location allows our guests to enjoy a unique and beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. *** For senior citizens and those with mobility issues, this could be an issue. Kindly take note of this before deciding if our property is right for you to book. 2. The property is situated in the middle of nature. This means that there will be *** wildlife *** in and around the property. This could include birds, insects, reptiles and other animals. These elements of nature enrich the experience of our guests. *** If you prefer be away from nature and wildlife, kindly take note of this before deciding if our property is right for you to book. 3. We have a water tank and pump to regulate the water pressure for shower, etc. This is helpful for hillside water supply in the area. Kindly inform us when you need it to be turned on. 4.
