Cozy, fully-equipped house near the sea!

Welcome to our guest house on Sweden's southernmost headland! A short walk from the charming fishing village of Smygehamn is this little house by the coastal road with a large green garden and proximity to both the sea and beautiful scenery. With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze! The space You have the house all to yourselves, with your own courtyard and parking right next door. The garden is partially shared with our other guest house, which is located right next door. However, the garden is divided so you have a large garden to yourselves. The house is completely renovated and consists of a ground floor with hall, fully tiled bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Downstairs there is also a living room with wood-fired stove, dining room and a bedroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed (140 cm) and the sofa in the living room can be folded out into a bed (160 cm). From the upper floor you have sea views to the south and views of the vast meadows to the north. There is a bright living room with a large cozy sofa and TV. Upstairs, there are three beds in a double bed and a separate bed. In total, there is room for seven adults to sleep and there is also a travel bed for babies. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a charcoal grill. We have garden games for rent, e.g. kubb and croquet. We provide duvets, pillows, soap, dish detergent and toilet paper. We also offer bed linens and towels at a cost of SEK 150/person. The sleeping places we offer are: Lower floor: - Double bed 140 cm, 2 people - Sofa bed 160 cm, 2 people Upper floor: - Double bed 160 cm, 2 people - Single bed 90 cm, 1 person Guest access You have access to the entire house and a large adjacent garden. Adjacent to the house is another guest house, but the garden is divided and you have a large garden all to yourselves. Other things to note The house is located right by road 9, which is a popular coastal stretch in summer (70 km/h road). Our guest house is optimal for staying as a starting point and making day trips but can be disturbing on a summer day in the garden when you hear cars. Instead, go down to our beach meadow (stone beach about 300 meters from the house) and lie down and feel the sea breeze on the old fort or bring a picnic to Böste Strand for a nice summer day! Watch out for cars when you cross the road!
