Enjoy a private, quiet upstairs space with easy access. The front entrance leads straight to the staircase, giving you privacy without passing through shared living areas. Your cozy private bedroom includes a dresser, nightstand, and lamp. A refreshment nook outside your room offers a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea station. You’ll have a private bathroom with a large vanity, bath, and shower. An extra bed is available—just inquire for a small nightly fee. See Property for details. The space You have access to your private bedroom, with a coffee/tea station, microwave, and mini fridge right outside your door. To add the TWIN‑size bed/adjacent bedroom: Message me with your request and the number of nights needed so I can check availability. Rates: $15 per night on weekdays $20 per night on Saturday or Sunday (Two‑night minimum for these rates) One‑night option: If you need the second room for only one night, the rate is $30. Adding this room keeps the full bathroom area PRIVATE for your stay. Additional Shared Amenities: You also have access to our recreation room, which includes a full‑size pool table, 55‑inch TV, booth seating for games, and a magnetic dart board. Out back, enjoy the outdoor hot tub and spacious yard. Please let me know at the time of reservation if you need the second room so the additional fee can be requested. Thank you! Guest access Parking: Please park at the END of the driveway on the LEFT SIDE (closest to the road). This will allow us to park on the left side near the garage. I will use the right side. Thanks! In the event of more than one car: use the left side of driveway, near the road. We can park in front of the mailbox. We can make it work! Thanks! During your stay I work at my office uptown during the day, so you’ll have complete privacy throughout your stay. I do my best not to be upstairs while guests are here. I’m always available by message if you need anything, and check‑in is self‑guided for your convenience. Other things to note Our home has a whole‑house water filter and salt‑free softener. It reduces hard water, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, and heavy metals like lead, copper, and chromium — a great perk if you’re health‑conscious. Your dog is welcome. Pet fee: $25 for one night, or $15 per night for multi‑night stays. If you’re visiting the area for Cedar Point, Put‑in‑Bay, or local events and ever need more space, I also host a separate full‑house Airbnb nearby that accommodates up to five guests. It’s a great option for families or groups traveling together.
