A typical traditional Riad at the gate of the old Medina of Chefchaouen. The Riad representing a sense of simplicity, cosiness, and historical touch to welcome and give you an indulging pure local experience. The space The Riad is a traditional house that belonged to an ancient Chefchaouen family. It's kept with its original tiles, wooden doors, colourful glass and architecture. The rooms are aesthetically decorated, with comfortable furnishings. The terrace overlooking the city, the giant mountains, and the pine tree forest. Guest access The guests have access to their private room, shared bathroom, and the terrace. During your stay I live in the same house, easy to approach and eager to help anytime. In case I'm on a travel, my daughter Bouchra will be at your service. Other things to note ● The Riad has no sign, and has no official reception. Please inform and update your host about the arrival time to avoid any waiting. ● The warm water is automatically working, just open the warm tube fully at first. ● The bathroom is shared, so please take into consideration not staying too long, and keep it clean after use. ● Toilet paper, any trash, female hygienic tissues are strictly FORBIDDEN in the toilet, will cause serious problems and blockage in the house tubes. ● Leaving lights ON or running water while being absent, will cost an extra fee. ● The Kitchen is currently not available. ● Please limit the shower time to 15min or less, as the GAS heater gets very hot and could cause damage. ● Check-in past check-in time may costs extra. Same for checking out past check-out time. ● The Riad is only for confirmed guests, inviting other people is NOT allowed. ● Guests must be back home before 1AM, so that the host makes the last check and reassurance.
