Come and relax and enjoy a private room with private entrance, in our basement.We are conveniently located steps away from Enterprise Plaza where you can find grocery stores, restaurants, and a variety of clothing stores. We provide access to a microwave and fridge and provide Tv with Netflix along with a desk area. We live in the top floor and will be as available as you need, but if you like more privacy we also have self checkin options. No pets The space This is one of the two rooms in our basement, you will share a bathroom with other guests, we ask you to know. Number of guests policy: Please note that the property can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people in the room. Additional guests will incur a charge of $30 per person per night. Anyone who enters the house beyond the number of guests in their reservation will be charged as an additional guest. Parties, smoking, events, drugs or any type of alcohol are not allowed. Respect the property and its contents. Maintain cleanliness and leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum. Liability: The host is not responsible for any accident, injury, or damage to guests or their property during their stay.
