Nestled on a private lot surrounded by nature, this split entry home offers a serene and relaxing escape. While we are continuing to make thoughtful improvements to the property, our home is fully functional and provides a comfortable, peaceful stay. Enjoy the quite, country setting, specious layout and charming vintage atmostphere - and know that each visit brings new upgrades as we make the sapce even better. The space Welcome to 1384 Selina Blvd - we are happy to host you! Make yourself at home and get a good nights rest in our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage. The main bedroom is very spacious with a lovely queen sleigh bed and master bath. The second bedroom is smaller yet cozy with an adjacent private vintage bathroom. (We also have a pack-n-play, high chair, and other children necessities to assit with your stay if you are traveling with littles.) Enjoy a hot cooked meal by utilizing our large open country kitchen with all the pots, pans, and cooking appliances you would need. For your convenience, a coffee station with Keurig and to-go cups are available for you to take at leisure. The newly added breakfast nook is waiting for your next family dinner or game night! Additional amentities include a large screened sun porch, a living room with a smart TV, and a stacked washer and dryer available for use inside the home to the right of the kitchen! A basketball hoop, outdoor seating, a raised fire pit, as well as a grill are avialble for use during your time here. If propane is needed, please let us know and we will get a new tank over to you asap. The home is equipped with handicap accessories including a grab bar in both tubs and has a handicap accessible ramp in the back - HOWEVER, due to weather and years of love and use, as of September 2025, this ramp is not currently available for guests to utilize and is closed off until construction is complete. For the safety of our guests we also want to disclose this is a split entry home - there is one set of stairs leading up to the main floor of the home from the front door in which we ask everyone use at this time (the stairs leading to the basement are not accessible for guests). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this measure is in place to prioritize the well being of our guests. All pets are welcome in the cozy home - we do ask that you please pick up after your animals in respect to the property and future guests. If there is an accident in the home, please report this to us asap so we can make sure the necessary cleaning efforts are made prior to our next guest. The home is located approximately one mile from UPMC in Farrell and 2 miles from Sharon Regional hospitals. BEWARE OF HOLES IN YARD... YOU ARE WITHIN A COUNTRY SETTING AND NEED TO BE AWARE OF OUTDOOR CRITTERS THAT DIG🐾We do our best to fill in these holes; however, we do miss one every now and again. Guest access Access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and basement. Other things to note Pet sitting and dog walking for our guests is available upon request.
