Great commnunity with 2 outdoor pools and tennis courts! This is the perfect vacation location - close to restaurants, shopping, Northside Park, etc. You're only a 10 minute walk to the beach and ocean! *Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule.
