JAS Residences Dior Room is located in Shore 2 Residences Tower 3, with just 10 minutes walk from SM Mall of Asia, Banks, Restaurants, & Groceries. Our apartment has hotel-style amenities and a balcony. This charming unit includes an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and sitting space that can host small families, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can accommodate 2-4 persons.... The space I personally designed the contemporary interior of this private area. Cleanliness and neatness that promotes relaxation for visitors. The room has a complete set of kitchen utensils and equipment for your cooking needs, a 50" TV with Netflix, high-speed internet, which can accommodate work from home setup. Fresh bedding and comfy mattresses are included with the beds. The apartment features 4 sleeping spaces, including sofa with a pull-out bed (sofa-bed) and a full bed with a single pull-out bed. There is a closet cabinet that is available for your clothing. A workstation that may be customized also functions as a vanity table. Guest access Guest can access the entire condo, can cook, can do laundry with washing machine and small laundry rack in the area. ***PAY PARKING OPTIONS Rates: PHP 50.00 - First 4 Hours PHP 50.00 - Every Hour after or a fraction thereof PHP 300.00 - Overnight Fee (1:30AM to 6:00AM + parking fee; please advise the parking attendant if you intend to park overnight) PHP 200.00 - Lost ticket/Damaged Card Other things to note Check IN : AFTER 2:00 PM. Check Out: BEFORE 12 NOON BOOKING REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GUESTS: - List of Guests (Complete Names) - Copy of 1 valid government ID - Must be submitted Asap after booking - Only Registered Guest with submitted ID are allowed to enter the premises. - Visitors are not allowed and restricted from overnight stays. HOUSE RULES: 1. No pets allowed 2. Strictly No smoking inside the unit. 3. No unregistered guests allowed. 4. Eating and drinking on the bed is not allowed. 5. No hanging and drying of clothes and other items in the balcony area as per SHORE Residences rule, penalty applies. 6. Please turn off the Aircon, TV and Lights when leaving the premises for an extended period. 7. Please respect the noise curfew. 8. Please lock the door each time you leave the unit. 9. Please take care of our sheets and towels. 10. Please take care of the furnishings. Any damaged items will be charged accordingly. 11. No rearrangement of the furniture 12. Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave. 13. Please avoid cooking food with distinctive & strong smell as per SHORE Residences rule. We also expect that you respect our unit and treat it like it is your own and please report any spill, damage, even if it's minor. We need to know so we can fix it for future guests. Many thanks.
