Unique townhouse/apartment with 80 km2 roof terrace, 2 minutes from the harbor bath. NEW kitchen and bathroom. This gem is centrally located in Faaborg. The house has its own entrance and a lovely roof terrace where you can barbecue, sunbathe or take a nap after a swim in the sea - an oasis in the middle of the city, with a staircase down to a small wild garden. The apartment has an entrance on the ground floor, a steep staircase to the 1st floor living room and the 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. 300 meters from the house is the ferry to the beautiful South Funen islands. The space There is an entrance on the ground floor to the entrance hall, from there a steep staircase to the 1st floor that offers a brand new kitchen-living room and bathroom as well as a large cozy living room. From the kitchen-living room there is an exit to the large roof terrace with sofa, dining table, gas grill and sun loungers. There is also a small backyard below. From the 1st floor, there is a small staircase up to the 2nd floor where there is a landing as well as 3 bedrooms with closets. The back bedroom is accessible via another bedroom. The beds are all double beds (180 cm wide (2x90 cm.) with a 180 cm. top mattress) Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire townhouse/apartment. The neighbor downstairs is a cozy thrift store with lovely things you can explore! Other things to note I can offer rental of a linen package with bed linen and towels through a local hotel. The price of DKK 135/18 euros per linen package is the direct price that the hotel charges me. The 3 double beds measure 180x200 cm. (90x200 cm x 2 pushed together with 180 cm top mattress). I use a local cleaning company for cleaning. A little tip: If you need to completely unwind, you can also book a Day Spa at Hotel Faaborg Fjord, Spa & Wellness. You can have a delicious dinner at, among others, Restaurant Klinten, Det Hvide Pakhus and more in beautiful Faaborg. In the square, next to the town hall, there is delicious homemade ice cream in the small blue ice cream parlor. Faaborg Museum is also worth a visit, and otherwise I also recommend taking the Ø-hop ferry and visiting the beautiful Svanninge Bakker - perfect for hiking.
