Spacious double room in large house, near Brixton

Hi. Large double room, for 1 or 2 guests, situated in Zone 2, just 2 mins walk from Herne Hill train station, with easy/direct access to central London via trains, buses or a 15 minute walk to buzzing Brixton and the tube. On our doorstep we have the glorious Brockwell park with its lido and gym, several pubs/restaurants and the weekly Sunday Farmer's market. Come and relax in your room, or in the garden. So quiet, you won't believe you're in inner London. The space The large bedroom has 1 double bed, with a garden-facing window and a sink in the room. The room is fully furnished with a small desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV on the wall. The bathroom has a hot power shower and toilets (2) are shared with hosts, Justin and Ela, and their Spanish housemate, Maria. Justin is self employed. Ela, who is Polish, is currently retraining as an occupational therapist, whilst Maria is a photographer. Guest access Guests will have access to most of the downstairs area, including the large well equipped kitchen and dining area, along with use of the very large, attractive garden. Guests can use both the upstairs bathroom and toilet, as well as the 2nd toilet leading off the downstairs dining area. During your stay We live at the house and will be here to meet and greet you. If we are away we will leave a key for you in the lockbox.
