Other things to note Snow accumulation is typically a bit more in this location as it's on a perch, but I provide a snow shovel and ice melt so you can keep it cleared. Public transportation - the closest bus stop is approx 1/2 mile and isn't the easiest walk, so I recommend a rental car or a vehicle, or simply use UBER or LYFT to get around easily. But, a car is the best to have to avoid getting frustrated. Trash/recycling cans are on the side of the house where you will take bagged trash and place it between pickups each week. The garbage is picked up each Thursday early am so place cans out each Wednesday night for pickup. WIFI is super high-speed fiber optic internet and is wonderful. There is not a Ethernet wired connection, but you won't care, because the speed is great and makes life convenient. Mail - There is only one central mailbox for the entire home, so it is best to setup a P.O. Box at the nearby post office so mail isn't lost in transit or confused by the mail delivery man. Or UPS Store is another option. It is a nominal monthly fee, but reasonable. This way you are not having to worry about the upstairs tenants losing your mail, since they have the mailbox key and are the primary users of it. You may place your food and beverages in the kitchen on a shelf in the fridge, freezer and cupboard for each guest.
