Ideal grill for roast meat, hamburgers or whatever you like. *Garden set, table with sunshade, extra chairs and benches that you can use at any time. *Large convertible pool table for pool or carom, free use foosball. No charge. On-site parking, no extra charge. *Location away from main avenues, excellent weather surrounded by vegetation. Guest access The space is yours alone. You have access to the barbecue, foosball, pool table, parking and pool. The space is not shared. Other things to note The pool is maintained daily. If necessary (depending on the use), the pool must be treated to keep it always clean. If necessary, at 9 pm the chemicals will be applied and it can be used until the next day, after vacuuming (8:30 or 9 am). We greatly appreciate your support with the staff who clean the pool, since they will ask you to leave the pool at 9 pm so they can do their work and you can use it the next day. - We kindly ask that the volume of the music after 10 pm be reduced to a minimum, especially in the garden and pool area, out of consideration for the neighbors.
