Located half mile from town in a quiet neighborhood Where you can be almost anywhere in under 20 minutes 9 Houses from Budd Lake public Beach. Leota Trails are close 6 miles to Rocks n Valleys, Tamaracks golf course and more. The space No lake views but the public beach is 9 houses away so load up your boat kayaks fishing rods Side by sides golf clubs and whatever else you can think of and throw your cloths in the truck. I have pinpointed the exact location on the map of the rental that you will be staying at. The home is situated in a quite neighborhood with paved roads right to your door for the ones that don't like mud on their tires and the ones that do your in luck we have dirt road 3/4 mile away that can take you to the Leota Trail The driveway is long enough to hold a truck trailer and a couple of cars with additional lawn parking. The Living Room has space to sit and relax and if desired watch some Movies on the flat screen smart Tv. That's right we have high speed internet bring your gaming council or use our prepaid Sling or Netflix subscriptions to watch a movie. Let me mention that there is heat and central air at this property (look for the smart touch screen thermostat on the wall in the hallway) Adjust to your preference. The full kitchen boasts granite surface counter gas range microwave 4 slice toaster air fryer crockpot Coffee pot with supplied coffee French door fridge to make unpacking easy and for those after meal quick clean ups there is a double dishwasher pots pans in one everything else in the other (dish soaps are supplied). The Bathroom has double sinks allowing more than one to get ready at the same time. The shower has excellent water pressure as this property has a new 5 inch deep well and a large hot water tank allowing 4 or more persons to shower back to back. Towels and soaps provided. Where you will sleep Bedroom1 queen size bed with flat screen smart Tv. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a flat screen Smart Tv and all beds are comfy with pillows sheets blankets supplied, as you should be entitled to a good nights sleep. Have more Guests we have you covered with a queen air mattress found in bedroom closet to use in living room w/sheets pillows, blankets and a quarter to decide who gets it, or pitch a tent out back which I unfortunately do not supply, but feel free to bring yours. Speaking of outside in the back there is a deck with a table and 6 comfortable chairs and additional bag chairs in the dock box. Their is a 5 burner gas grill for use to cook your meals on and I also supply the propane. In the evenings you can enjoy sitting around the campfire and you guessed it there is seasoned firewood on site for your use not to mention the back of the lot is wooded giving you some privacy. For the Cornhole professionals having a hard time finding room in your truck because you packed too much beer there is one on site. Budd Lake Beach is close by. Half mile to town, or boat launch, 20 minutes to Leota , Houghton Lake, Lake George and more. Skiing, Hunting, Hiking, Golfing, ORV. Trails, and more. ADDITIONAL NOTES There is NO SMOKING of any form of tobacco products or drugs of any kind allowed in the home Do it outside PLEASE be respectful of future Guests that will be staying after you. The neighbors know this is a vacation rental and are cool with it as long as your music/party isn't louder than theirs meaning after 10pm turn the noise level down still listen to music and talk but I don't want a call from them because you are loud and rowdy I do not want to have to be the fun governor
