The Hideaway at Southfield Barn

A remote 4 bedroom dog friendly converted barn sleeping 8, is located in the beautiful Kent countryside not far from Leeds Castle. Perfect for families, couples or just a few days with friends. The hot tub is available all year round with the swimming pool being heated May to September. Our kissing tree swing in our willow tree and under our newly discovered mistletoe is also a great feature on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the great living spaces within the barn. The space The space comprises of a private entrance room with wood burning stove, 4 bedrooms (2 with shower en-suites), a family bathroom with bath, a downstairs wet room and separate toilet. There are 2 living areas, one with a wood burning stove, a kitchen and dining area. Logs included (for use in wood burning stoves only) Smart TV's in all rooms. Hairdryer in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, with a range cooker (2 ovens and a grill) and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, 2 coffee machines, cooking utensils and tableware. Tea and coffee provided, as well as milk. There are 2 outside area's . To the front of the property there is a grassed area with a pond, small patio with seating for 4, our new swing and a garage with table tennis table. In the courtyard is where the swimming pool and hot tub are, along with sun loungers and outdoor furniture for 8 people. There is also access to a gas BBQ. Free on site parking on the drive for 6+ cars. Guest access The barn is completely separate from the main house and has its own driveway to the side with electric gate entrance. With it's own boundaries the barn is an exclusive let for you during your stay. Other things to note As stated you can check in anytime on your day of arrival and we ask that you depart before 6pm on your day of check out. We do allow 1 big or 2 small well behaved dogs, but ask that they do not go upstairs where there is carpet.
