A big spacious place with a detached double garage. This place has a lot of character. A back alley walk to the local lounge, beside the local diner and across the street from the grocery stores you can’t get a better central location in small beutitful community Gull Lake. The inside has been painted and the hardwood floors have all been refinished beautifully giving it a true rustic country feel. We have 55 inch tv on wall, set up with where you can stream your favourite favourite movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus and YouTube. Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. We have a full backyard fenced with bbq and fire pit. The house is a older home there will be additional improvements made in future but it’s still set up to be very comfortable. It will be great for families, large groups or working crews in the area who need and enjoy the extra space. Guest access Double car garage access with remote.
