The half bath and laundry room are also on main floor. 65" smart TV with DISH satellite. 7 steps up and you will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Two primaries with one ensuite. Both with king beds. 3rd bedroom has two full beds. Main full bath is upstairs with tub and shower. Ensuite has walk-in shower. Primary 1 has walk-out balcony with seating for enjoyment. All bedrooms have smart TVs. (use your own sign in). Down 5 steps to downstairs and find another den area, with card table and desk for remote working. 4th bedroom with king bed and large game room with pool table, bar, foos ball, corn hole, giant connect four, and various board games. Game room also has 55" smart TV. No bathroom downstairs, you will have to use main floor half bath or upstairs bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker and filter. Coffee pot with Keurig or drip option. Starter pods provided. Basic spices start up TP, PT, and dishwashing liquid. Cleaning supplies. Free WIFI, central heat and air. Dual coffee maker with drip and Keurig. Starter pods included. Blender and all pots pans, dishes, and silverware. All lines provided, with towels. Hair dryer, soap, and shampoo and conditioner. Garage and various closets locked for owners use. House is maximum capacity of 8 people including children. No outside guest's day or night. We are on a septic. Any indication of outside guests, reservation will be cancelled without refund. Guest access Smart lock key code. You will be sent check-in instructions day of check in. Guests will not be able to gain entry without signed renters' agreement and ID verification, within 24 hours of booking. It establishes all terms and conditions of property. Review house rules. No parties/gatherings or anyone on property not on reservation. No Pets or Smoking. No local renters, must be 30 or over as per HOA. Garage is owner storage and not for guest use. Other closets locked for owners' storage. House limit is 8 including children. No outside guests allowed on property day or night. Please review all other house rules in renters agreement. This can be sent prior to booking upon request. 750.00 Security deposit will be collected prior to check in and released 14 days after check out.
