This fully furnished luxury offers a tranquil experience in an ideal location with close proximity to beaches, restaurants, malls, gas stations and night life. The fenced property has an electronic gate, parking area, security cameras and a friendly, alert German Shepherd. Need daily cardio? Access to this space is up 2 flights of stairs as seen in photos. Go ahead and reserve those dates! The space Fully furnished apartment adjacent the host’s abode. The patio is off a spacious open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The space occupies 1 full bathroom, 1 laundry closet with washing machine, 1 bedroom with AC, Queen bed and adjustable base, 4drawer dresser and plenty closet space. The sectional couch is not foldable, but can be used to accommodate an additional guest if needed. Guest access Access is to the property’s front entrance and rental space via 2 flights of stairs as seen in photos. Designated Parking space is directly infront the staircase pathway and/or beneath the apartment. l touch base periodically to ensure your stay is comfortable and maintain a level of privacy for little to no disruptions during guests stay. I’m employed full time, thus guests self check in and out. Access instructions are advised prior to stay and a welcome drink and snack awaits in your kitchen basket. Other things to note 1. Please read the house manual on how to. 2. Keep the space tidy and dispose of waste in the bins provided. Close and lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment 3. The German Shepherd will be kept housed and/or chained during guest(s) stay. Please do not feed him. 4. With advance notice, transportation arrangements can be made on your behalf for either self-hire or taxi if required 5. Be careful and respectful of host’s property. Any damaged items are to settled before check out. 6. Please DO NOT invite strangers onto compound without hosts knowledge for security purposes. 7. Don’t lend keys and/or gate remote to anyone. 8.
