Our quad level W'burg townhouse (modern renovation) is a relaxing oasis in the middle of bustling Brooklyn. Spacious with lots of light, hang out by the cozy fireplace in the living room, relax on the front porch overlooking the park or head up to the rooftop deck to enjoy an urban sunset view! Featuring 4BR/ 2BA, 2 kitchens, 2 pvt outdoor spaces + pvt parking it is comfortable for a group or family. Longer stays are preferred and availability dates may be flexible for multi month stays. The space There is a wonderful fireplace to relax by after a long day of sightseeing or working in the city. The house has many cozy places to hang out, such as the numerous outdoor areas or everyone's favorite: the kitchen island! Guest access Guests will have full access to the house as well as a dedicated private 24 hour 7 day parking space behind the house. Other things to note 4 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 complete kitchens, 2 private outdoor spaces to enjoy + 2 exterior private parking spots is your *home away from home* here in Brooklyn. The main space has a Kitchen/ Dining + Living Room in an open plan layout on the 1st level. Enter the space via the front porch (up one flight of stairs from street level). 3BR/1 BA on the 2nd level (upstairs) of the townhouse and one of those is a smaller room with a murphy bed which makes that room easy to double for yoga, working out or other activities. There is also a pack-n-play crib at the house for our baby guests. Head up the stairs from the 2nd floor hallway to get to the amazing rooftop chill area on the 4th level where there is festive lighting, a grill, an outdoor dining table + chairs w/ sunbrella and a huge outdoor sectional sofa to kick back and relax. The lower/ ground level apt offers a separate private space or "mother-in-law suite" set-up, including the 4th BR/ 1BA (w/ stand-up shower only) also features a separate 2nd full kitchen/ dining area and a separate dedicated desk/ work station for your friend or family member who needs their own personal space. The LL apt has private entry and is accessible to ground level entrance thru the backstreet private parking spaces. There are 2 TVs in the house. One is located in the living room above the fireplace and the other in the lower level bedroom. Included in the rental cost is a monthly cleaning service + a weekly interior plants/ greens watering service that can be arranged at our renters convenience. These services are non-negotiable for the general upkeep of our luxury bk townhouse.
