Welcome to my modern three-bedroom home, conveniently located just a short walk from the centre of Shrewsbury and the train station. This cosy property sits in a peaceful cul-de-sac with parking available. Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious layout, plus a small rear garden to relax in. It’s an ideal base for the many events in Shrewsbury and the perfect spot to spend time with family and friends or to enjoy a home-away-from-home while working locally. The space We have an allocated parking space, and there is also additional parking available in the centre of the cul-de-sac. On entering the property, you will see it is well configured. A comfortable lounge, where you can enjoy time spent with friends and family. You may just want to watch the Smart TV which also has Netflix and Amazon, (you will need to use your own login) or just chill and chat. There is the dining room which leads into the kitchen which is fully equipped for you, including a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. There is also the fridge freezer and microwave along with all the other expected items. From the dining room and kitchen there are doors leading out into the rear garden. Which may be small but I'm perfectly formed for sitting out on those summer evenings. In the hall we have a convenient downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms all with comfortable beds, one of them has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third one is a single bed. Our bathroom has walk in shower. Beddow Close is perfect for couples, families, friends or contract workers, you are all welcome. Guest access The whole of the house is just for you to enjoy. Other things to note **Extra Services** If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £45, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay. Travel cot (£15 fee) and high chair (£10 fee) are available for hire on request If you are wanting an early or later checkout, please ask and if we will accommodate if possible. There will be a charge of £30. I do kindly ask that if you wish to smoke or vape, please only do so outside and please discard of any cigarette ends responsibly. Strictly no parties, as the noise inconveniences my neighbours. Please be courteous to them when coming and going. Thank you.
