Welcome to our cozy and inviting family friendly home! Our fully furnished space includes comfortable sleeping arrangements, a kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils, and a living/kitchen area perfect for everyone to gather. We know that families love to have fun, which is why the included amenities will help to keep everyone entertained. You'll also find a selection of board games and children's toys for those rainy days. We can't wait to host you! The space Enjoy your stay with 3 KING beds and a bunk bed with 2 full beds. There is also a pack-n-play provided. This home is best suited for 8 adults and 2 children. Rooms are as follows: 1 King bedroom downstairs 1 King located upstairs with a master bath 1 King bedroom upstairs 2 full beds located upstairs (bunk beds) There are 3 bathrooms. One in the master located upstairs. One in the hallway upstairs. Another is located downstairs which has two doors - one into the king bedroom and the other door goes into the hallway. There is also a children's couch that can fold out into a little bed for a small toddler. Each bedroom has a Roku TV with Disney+ and Hulu provided. The pool is open seasonally from May 15 to September 15 and the hours are 9am-9pm. The pool is family friendly with a splash pad, lazy river, and olympic pool. Please note that the water slides only run on Saturday and Sunday. Only 8 guests are allowed at the pool per residence at one time. The gym is open year-round from 6am-10pm. A grill is located on the back patio where you have a great view of the pond. A desk is provided in the downstairs bedroom for privacy to work. The home has high speed internet. We also have two smoke detectors plugged in that must remain plugged in at all times. The backyard is right next to a pond. We do have a doorbell camera that records 24/7 as well as a camera located on the back patio.
