The Nook Near the Old Mill - Sauna

Retreat to this bright and completely remodeled 1930's mill house with a full kitchen, fireplace, and boho decor. Conveniently located 3 minutes from the Old Mill District and Hwy 97 access. We are a boutique operation and pride ourselves on attention to detail. The yard area is a quiet oasis with native plants and a fire table to enjoy our beautiful Central Oregon weather. We are 100% pet-free and use unscented cleaning products to ensure and an allergen-free and odor-free experience. The space With attention to detail at every turn, the home features a cozy living room, colorful kitchen, sparkling bathroom and comfortable quiet bedroom. Guest access The entire home and property is available to the guest with the exception of one interior locked storage closet. Other things to note There is an A-frame being built directly next-door (to the north, the "left side" as facing from the street) to the house. As of June, the majority of the exterior work is complete, including roofing and windows. The builder is taking 2 months off so we expect very little activity for June and July. We are also building a small storage shed in the very back corner of the lot. Most of our guests have not found it to be an issue, but if you re looking for guaranteed quiet during working hours, this is probably not a suitable listing. Work is being done during normal business hours. Please note that the second bed is a sofa-bed. It is a very high quality bed and we have slept on it quite comfortably ourselves, but it is "just a sofabed". High quality linens, blankets and pillows are provided. No parties or pets please. Trip insurance recommended if illness, weather or smoke may be an issue. Note that dogs are not allowed, including Emotional Support Animals, which are not recognized as service animals in the state of Oregon. If you are bringing a service animal, we would appreciate if you would describe what duties or work it has been trained to perform, and if it is required because of a disability.
