Our community roads are well maintained and easy to navigate, but they are dirt roads, and some parts are steep. We do not offer refunds for transportation related issues. *We highly recommend that you arrive before dark. Navigating Costa Rica roads at night can be challenging. We are not available after the check in time to assist you if you are lost. * Any longer term rentals greater than 28 days will require a Costa Rica rental agreement. Long term tenants are required to pay utilities, which include electricity and water.
