White Birch is your home away from home in the heart of the Adirondacks which caters to everyone! This newly furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home is the perfect place to relax. Main: Master BR, Open concept living room, cable TV, WiFi, gas fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and mud/laundry room. Lower level has bedroom, den with finished bar, 65" smart TV with Apple TV, game table, play station, dartboard, mini-fridge and 2 Queen Futons. The space Walk out to the large, two level deck with dining area, BBQ grill, 7-person hot tub and plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful Adirondack nights! Adventure down the gravel path that leads from the lower deck to the stone fire pit tucked in the woods with plenty of chairs. Just a short drive to Lake Placid, home of the Winter Olympics with shops, restaurants and much more. Whiteface ski area/Adventure center is 2-minutes away. Wilmington beach is a 5 minute drive where you can picnic plus rent non-motorized water toys. Minutes to countless hiking trails, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, fishing or swimming in the flume. House comes equipped with a full house generator so no problems in tough weather. Pets will only be accepted with prior approval and pet fee. Other things to note We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract. Make sure outdoor fireplaces are left neat and tidy, the same way as when you got to the property. Do not leave trash in or around the fire pits or the yard, it can attract animals. If these areas are left a mess there could be a forfeiture of a portion of your security deposit. If traveling in the snow, we highly recommend having a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The road will be plowed as well as the driveway, but winters in the Adirondacks are beautiful but can sometimes be unpredictable! Q. Where and when do I check-in the day of my arrival? A. Check in time is 4:00pm Q. When is departure time? A. Check-out time is 10:00am. Q. Is there a cleaning fee? A. Yes, there is a one-time cleaning fee that applies to every rental. This fee is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and overall size of the property. Q. Are linens and towels included? A. Yes, all the beds have linens, blankets, comforters and towels in the bathrooms at the property for your use. Q. Are paper products, soaps and other household supplies included? Yes, the property is furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, garbage bags.. Q. Are pets permitted? A.
