Welcome to our condo. It is walking distance to restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, shopping, and the beach in James Chabot Park. It is a short drive to the hot springs, skiing, trails, and numerous golf courses. It also includes full access to the outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tubs. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The den has a bunk bed with a trundle bed below. The space A unique feature of this lovely condo is the access to the balcony. You can park temporarily right outside the balcony door and easily move you things into the condo. You can also easily moves sporting equipment such as bikes, paddle boards or kayaks on and off the balcony and store them on the balcony. Bring a lock for your sporting equipment just in case. This condo sleeps 8. There is a queen size bed in each bedroom. A couch in the living room sleeps two and a pull-out couch in the living room sleeps two. A single over double bunk bed in the den sleeps three. Enjoy your package such as Netflix on the smart TV. Cable is provided. Wifi is included. In-suite washer and dryer are available in the condo for your use. The condo is in a lovely complex with a pool (seasonal), hot tub and exercise room. You will find the fob to the facilities complex in the condo. The condo is steps from the beach and restaurants. A grocery store is a short walk up the hill and the village with a variety of stores, restaurants and shops is a little further on. Enjoy skiing in the winter and golfing and water sports in the summer. Hot springs are close by. Cycling is growing in popularity in this area. This condo is particularly suitable for cyclists. You can wheel your bike onto your private patio and lock it to the metal railing. The condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully supplied. There is a BBQ on the patio for your use. Several condos could be available if you would like to plan an event for a larger group such as a family reunion. However, loud music and noisy parties are not allowed. Guest access You will have the whole condo to yourselves. You may use the hot tub and pool (seasonal) and gym. They are shared. The party room may be booked for larger group occasions. Other things to note The code to the Bruce Building will give you access to the pool complex. Security patrols and incidents are recorded. There is a no smoking policy. There is to be no smoking of anything anywhere on the property. The board is very strict about these policies. Fines will be charged to guests. Rules for Swimming Pool and Hot Tub Use: DO NOT use the pool or hot tubs during an electrical storm! A cleansing shower must be taken before entering the pool or hot tub. Proper swimming diapers must be worn by all infants and No running, jumping, or diving. Unsupervised use by children under the age of 12 is prohibited in the pool and hot No food, alcohol, or glass No Styrofoam toys or Pool Noodles are permitted in the pool or hot Use of inflatables is limited to: Personal Floatation Devices (PFD’s) and/or float toys no larger than 24” in diameter. Large inflatables (> 24”) are not permitted in the pool for safety reasons.
