Located in a quiet area, it offers all the comforts necessary for a memorable stay. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. The large, bright, air-conditioned living room with flat screen TV is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. You will enjoy an air-conditioned master bedroom equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a TV and dressing room. A second air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), TV. A modern bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower to complete this space and separate toilet. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200 cm including a trundle bed). A second bathroom equipped with bathtub and toilet are separated. The floor is fully air-conditioned. The enclosed garden offers many activities for children and adults, including a large secure swimming pool, ping pong table, and relaxing deckchairs. The large terrace with its dining area shaded by a blind is the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue. You can also relax on the sun loungers and our garden furniture. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We would like to point out that our villa is located in a very quiet area and that parties, evenings and gatherings are prohibited in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
