Modern rural farmhouse

In this rural farmhouse you have all the peace and space for your family. The unique house is located on 1 hectare of land with an outdoor kitchen, soccer field, trampoline, swing, hammock and playhouse. In addition, the recreational lake "de Breuly" is accessible at 200 meters and behind the dike the Rijnstrangenpad is accessible for wonderful walks in nature. The location is centrally located between Doetinchem, Arnhem, De Veluwe and the Achterhoek, 5 minutes cycling from the station and 6 minutes from the city center. The space 3 rooms are our children's (5, 7 and 12 years) and have a more playful look/layout. 2 rooms have a double bed and one is an extra room with 2 x single bed.
