The accommodation tax is generally included in the booking rate; however, if additional payment is required, we will contact you after your reservation. Please note that the tax rates will be revised for stays from March 1, 2026. Guests with reservations on or after this date who are subject to additional charges will be contacted individually. 【Shuttle Bus】 Free shuttle bus service is available only for one-way from the reception counter in front of Kyoto Station to the each accommodation facilities. Please inquire at the reception counter for details. If you wish to shorten your stay after making a reservation, our refund policy is as follows: If the date(s) you wish to cancel are 7 or more days from the date you contact us, a refund will be issued for the cancelled nights.
