This accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks and excursions, or simply your refuge to relax while admiring the lake and mountains from the balcony. In just 20 minutes by car you can reach the city of Trento, while in 10 minutes you can reach Lake Levico Terme. The space The apartment, perfect for a vacation, offers two cozy bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a large living area with an additional sofa bed. A large balcony overlooking the lake completes the setting, ideal for a romantic getaway, business trips or a family vacation. Furnished in a modern style, the apartment is extremely comfortable and bright. During the summer, you can explore numerous trails between lakes and mountains, while in winter it is a strategic point for visiting the charming Christmas markets of Levico Terme, Pergine Valsugana and Trento. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a rich basket of local products for a delicious breakfast on the first day. Private parking is always available. Small/medium-sized dogs are welcome. PLEASE NOTE – TOURIST TAX Pursuant to Article 15 of Provincial Law No. 8 of August 12, 2020, regulated by Provincial Presidential Decree No. 15-28/leg of December 3, 2020, guests must pay the tourist tax upon arrival. The amount is €1.00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 consecutive days at the same accommodation. Minors up to the age of fourteen do not pay. A receipt (non-tax) will be issued, indicating the debtor’s personal details, the number of nights, the amount paid, and the date. Several security cameras have been installed outside the apartment (parking area, garden, entrance). ATTENTION - TAX FOR THIS ACCOMMODATION STRUCTURE The provincial tourist tax is governed by art. 15 of the Provincial Law 12 August 2020 n.8 and is regulated by the D.P.P. 3 December 2020 n.15-28/Leg The tax is payable to each person who stays overnight in accommodation facilities located in the provincial territory for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights at the same facility. THE MEASURE OF THE TAX FOR THIS ACCOMMODATION STRUCTURE IS OF €1.00 PER PERSON/NIGHT RECYCLING We are very attentive to recycling. On the balcony you will find four bins for non-recyclable material, plastic, paper and glass. Under the sink is the wet bin. When you leave, you can empty the bins into the larger ones in the plastic parking lot and non-recyclable material.
