🌿 A retreat in authentic Liguria – tranquility, vision & nature Welcome to our lovingly renovated stone house in Ottano, a small Ligurian village away from mass tourism. Here you will find peace, nature and a wide view over a green valley – a place to switch off, breathe deeply and arrive. Surrounded by olive groves and forests, you can enjoy the real Italy, yet you are not far from the sea, good restaurants and charming towns. The space 🏡 The space The house is a traditional Ligurian stone house that has been renovated with a lot of love. It extends over several levels and is open-plan – without doors between the floors. This makes it look generous but also very personal. Sleeping possibilities: - 1 cozy double bed (1.40 x 2 m) for 2 people - 1 sofa that can be pulled out to a very comfortable sofa bed (1.60 x 2 m) for 2 more people - 1 baby travel cot (if required) → Ideal for up to 2-4 adults and 1 baby 🛋️ Living area & kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with a dining area invites you to cook together. On cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and a particularly cozy atmosphere. 🛁 Bathroom: The bathroom is a separate, lockable room and offers a toilet and sink as well as a bathtub with shower curtain. The water comes from the region and is fresh, clear mountain water. After a day in nature, you can relax and bathe or shower here and end the day quietly. 🔥 Year-round comfort: A modern air conditioning system with cooling and heating function ensures a pleasant room climate at any time of the year – in summer as well as in winter. 🌞 Outdoor area & view A real highlight of the house is the outdoor area: The new wooden terrace with railing offers a magnificent panoramic view over the green valley. Here you can have breakfast, read, relax or end the day with a glass of wine. Among them is a small garden – with fig tree and herbs. 📍 Location & Surroundings Ottano is a small, authentic village in the Ligurian hills – quiet, original and far from the hustle and bustle. The surrounding area is characterized by forests, olive groves and small paths. - Perfect for hikes and nature experiences right from the house - In the surrounding villages you will find small shops, cafes and very good, cheap pizza - The beaches of Imperia or Alassio can be reached in about 30-45 minutes by car - On hot summer days, a nearby river also invites you to cool off 🥾 Activities & excursions Hiking and walking right outside the front door Cycling (with the house's own e-bikes), discovering nature, relaxing - Swimming in the sea or river - Small markets and restaurants - Perfect for guests who want to combine nature, tranquility and culture Guest access 🚗 Access & Arrival You can drive by car close to the house, unload your luggage and then park about 100 m away in a large, communal village parking lot.
