The space The ground floor offers a completely separate 2-bedroom apartment with en-suite bathrooms (one king, one queen). The main house spans the second and third floors: three queen bedrooms plus full kitchen on the second floor, and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) with another full kitchen on the third floor. Each level includes washer/dryer for ultimate convenience. Your private pool with turf yard creates the perfect post-beach retreat, while two propane grills handle group barbecues. Oceanview balconies with outdoor seating let you watch sunrise over the Atlantic. The pool can be heated for an additional $100 with 24-hour advance notice. Step outside to a 4-minute walk to Mellow Mushroom for craft beer and pizza, or 5 minutes to Salt Life Food Shack for fresh grouper sandwiches. The iconic Jacksonville Beach Pier is an 11-minute stroll for fishing and sunset views. Two dedicated parking spots plus street parking accommodate multiple vehicles. Keyless entry provides seamless check-in to both levels. High-speed WiFi, fully stocked kitchens, beach towels, and all linens are provided. Please note this is the owner's personal home with some locked areas unavailable to guests, and the property is currently for sale. No smoking, parties, or pets (service animals with proper documentation welcome). A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
