The space This beautiful 400 m2 farmhouse, fully equipped with a balanced decoration between the charm of the old and touches of modernity, is organized on 2 levels. Ground floor living rooms: - Entrance in 2 spaces, - Spacious living room, - Dining room that can accommodate up to 18 guests, - Kitchen with dining area, - Game room, - Toilet Room with sink. The 5 bedrooms, including 2 with a toilet, bathroom and shower room are located upstairs. The outside of the house allows real moments of relaxation and sharing: heated swimming pool (above ground), jacuzzi, petanque court, ping pong table, giant sandpit, outdoor games for children, dining area, garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue, etc. Extra services: - Crib + High chairs + park + bathtub: Free - Wifi / Netflix: Free of charge - Petanque games / Molkky /taro game: Free - For children, toys, books and comics, beach games for giant sandpit: Free - An additional fee will be requested from guests who want bed linen/towels (see bottom of description) - Possibility of childcare (connection with trusted babysitter) Guest access Guests have access to the entire property (check-in is through the garden.
