Comfortable and independent apartment located in the quiet area of Miramar, residential neighborhood of Havana, at less than 50 meters from the sea. Its biggest attraction is the privacy, security and comfort that you will find in this apartment. As well as the good restaurants and nightclubs that surround it. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building built in the 50s. From the apartment the client will enjoy a pleasant Caribbean breeze that provokes the proximity to the sea. The apartment has 3 air-conditioned rooms with lock in each of them. There are two safes in the rooms. All beds are Queen Size, with sheets and pillows that will be changed according to the needs of the client. It has 2 bathrooms, one of them is private in one of the rooms. Both have hot water and basic elements for the comfort of the client (towel, soap and toilet paper). The common areas of the apartment are spacious, airy and air-conditioned. It is structured by living room, dining room, two meeting rooms and kitchen. The room has a simple and pleasant decoration. The dining room is spacious and cozy. It has two rooms that can be used for business meetings or to take a relaxing break, one of these has glass windows that in the afternoons becomes the best place to enjoy your stay in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and appliances that customers can use in the realization of their own meals. In the refrigerator you can find drinks and food that the guest may consume and must pay before departure. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and can enjoy the privacy and security it offers. Other things to note - Breakfast has an extra price and it is at the customer's choice. In each breakfast there will be milk, coffee, toast, butter, ham, cheese, juice, natural fruits, juices, tea, egg in its different variants, vegetables, jam. - The customer will have the keys to the apartment upon arrival. - The cleaning of the apartment is done daily at no cost to the client. Normally, the waitresses perform it in the morning but we can be flexible about this. - The change of towels and sheets will be made according to the needs of the client. - Pick up / drop off service to the airport is provided at an extra price. Safe and comfortable transport will be managed that will facilitate the arrival at the apartment. - The customer can park in the garage of the building or on the street. - The refrigerator is equipped with food and drinks that customers can consume. These must be paid before the end of the stay. - Laundry service is provided with an extra price. - If the client wishes, Cuban meals can be made with prior notice. - We offer tour management in all languages for Havana, Viñales, Varadero.
