It is comfortable and simple. The kitchen has an electric range, a microwave, full-sized refrigerator and pots and pans and serving ware. The bathroom has a shower and tub. Guest access There is a washer and dryer in the basement, which is $1/wash and $1/dry. There is free street parking right by the door, or pay extra for a garage.
