Just 450 meters from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach and 260 meters from the main square, the Tevere Apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Santa Teresa. Bright, spacious and furnished in a modern style, it has a large living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (separable beds), 2 bathrooms with shower and a comfortable covered veranda in the inner courtyard where you can eat or spend pleasant moments relaxing. The space The apartment is on the ground floor and is very cool even on the hottest days. It is part of a three-story family building and can accommodate 6 people. The house is equipped with a 40-inch flat-screen TV, washing machine, silent autoclave with water reserve, small combination safe, iron, 2 hairdryers, 3 spacious wardrobes, 3 fans, electric stove, clothes hangers, extra pillows and blankets, large table on the veranda with chairs and a deck chair. Mosquito nets in every room. Thanks to the excellent location, numerous shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Minimum stay: 6 nights. Extra costs to be paid at check-in in cash: • Final cleaning: €90. • If requested: sheets + towels: €15 per person (for each weekly change requested in advance).
