The space A second-story guesthouse above a 3-car garage with a spacious open floor plan, including a comfortable living room, dining room, and large fully equipped kitchen with an island. Next to the living room, 2 bedrooms are flanked by a bathroom with a soaking tub/shower. Right off the kitchen, the inviting wrap-around deck provides more entertainment room and beautiful mountain, sunset, and starry night views. Downstairs, a second bathroom with a shower, washer, and dryer greets you by the foyer and stairs. One small dog, up to 25 lbs, can share the home with you for a fee. Dog bowls, dog bed, gate, and blankets are available to use. Outside, you will share the parking area, front yard, and the EV charger with the homeowners. Our property is nestled in the woods, secluded, and peaceful. It is located 20 minutes from Dillard and Rabun Gap. 30 minutes from Clayton and Franklin. 10 minutes from High Holly Vineyard & wedding venue, the Highlands Outpost, Highlands Aerial Park, and Sky Valley Country Club. Guest access The guesthouse and outdoor areas are accessible to guests. No garage or carport access. You are welcome to walk on trails and sit by the firepit located on our 10 acres. Please contact the owners before starting a fire in case of possible burn ban. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times. Walk your dog along the driveway and bring bags with you. There is a small trash can by the garage for dog poop only. Ty Other things to note There are stairs at the entrance of the foyer to access the second story guesthouse.
