The house is located in the Zeyrek Conservation Area, one of the four areas in the UNESCO World Heritage List of İstanbul. It is renovated again in October 2022. We can arrange a transfer car from or to the airport in case you need it. The space The apartment is in a newly renovated, 3 storey building. We lived there as a family for years. Now we want you to have the same Istanbul experience as us. The house is in a lovely, alive and historical neighborhood. You can find anything you want nearby. It is very central and close to public transport. You will have a separate entrance after the front door and there will be no other guests on your floor. In the apartment there is 1 double size bed and one big couch. It will be enough up to 3 person. The appartment is cozy and comfortable. There is a kitchen that you can prepare anything you want and a terrace next to it. (Similar residences are available in the same building and neighborhood. Please check profile for information) Guest access The building has 3 floors and a basement. The price is for 1 floor. We use the basement as a storeroom and the dublex is our other Airbnb. Other things to note It is 100 m to Aqueduct of Valens (Bozdoğan), 350 m to Fatih Mosque (Old location of Church of Holy Apostles and Imperial Cemetery) and Zeyrek Mosque (Monastery of Pantokrator), 1 km to Suleymaniye Mosque and the coast of Golden Horn. Vefa Bus Stop is 3-5 mins, The Metro Station of Vezneciler (M2), and Tram Station of Aksaray (T1) are 10-15 minutes away by walking. From our house, Taksim Square and Galata Tower can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by M1 metro. Also the Grand Bazaar is 20 mins, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace are 25-30 mins away via T1 Tram. There are paid parking lots 1-2 mins away.
