Cozy house with garden between Amsterdam and Utrecht

Cozy and comfortable house with garden and fireplace. Located in a beautiful village in an area with forest, heath and meadows. 15 minutes by bus to Hilversum, 20 minutes by train from Hilversum to Amsterdam Centraal. 15 minutes by train to Utrecht Centraal. 25 minutes by car to a P+R at Amsterdam. From Schiphol Airport, there is a direct train to Hilversum, in 30 minutes. This house is in a quiet residential area, so peace is what I expect from my guests. The space Ground floor: Spacious living room with open kitchen. Attached garden annex study with piano. French doors to the garden. Hall and separate toilet. First floor: two double bedrooms and the bathroom (with toilet and walk-in shower). Second floor: spacious double bedroom under the ridge of the roof. Guest access Guests have the entire house, so access to all the spaces. The host is gone. Other things to note My house is in a quiet residential area, so peace and quiet is what I expect from my guests. It's really my home, so you'll find a lot of private stuff in my house. With nice weather, the garden is lovely, and if it is a bit colder, then it is nice that there is a fireplace. Laren has a lot of nature around it; forest, heath and meadows, for walks and bike rides. There are two bicycles available. Within walking distance is the city center with two supermarkets, and plenty of other stores. Also a few very nice restaurants and, for example, a delicious sushi takeaway place. Laren has a beautiful museum: The Singer Museum. Just like a nice theater with the same name. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from my house. Bus runs twice an hour and takes you to Hilversum station in 15 minutes. From there it is 15 minutes by train to the heart of Utrecht and 20 minutes to the heart of Amsterdam. By car, you can reach one of the many P+R sites around Amsterdam in 25 minutes. I always park at P+R Zeeburg 3, on the east side of Amsterdam, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal Station in 12 minutes by tram 26. And if you drive to the P+R after 10 a.m., you only pay €6 for a whole day of parking.
