Enjoy the natural breezes that swoop across the property throughout the day and night. Ideal for 2 couples or family of 4, this suite is priced at US$150 for the two rooms. The space The Ridge Scenic View, boasts a modest living/dining/kitchen space, open concept with great ventilation of natural breezes. This 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment can accommodate a single guest, a couple or two couples in the same group. The kitchen allows for cooking and baking with a 4-burner gas stove, full refrigerator, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave and toaster oven. Curl up on the sofa to enjoy a book or to watch your favourite program on the flat screen tv and then retire to the cozy bedroom that awaits you. Guest access Guests enter this unit via the side towards the back of the property, climbing one short flight of stairs to the third level. There is a main door for the building and an inner privately secured door to the apartment. The front porch on this level, is a surprising find, lovely for private dining or marvelling at the mountainside beyond, or use for yoga or meditation sessions. The living room window not only allows ventilation but also a view of the front yard and scenic views. Guests can roam freely in the common spaces including the front yard, and deck. Guests can use the pool, outdoor seating near the overlook, laundry and private parking space. Airports A fee of US$25 is charged for 1 to 2 persons and US$50 for 3 to 4 persons for airport pick up from GFL Charles airport. Please request pick-up at least 24 hours in advance. Ferry Ports Ferry port transfers from Rodney Bay or Castries is US$25 for 1 to 2 persons and US$50 for 3 to 4 persons. Reserve and confirm 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure service is made available. Please note immediate payment of transfer service is payable in cash to the driver. Owner's pet (1 dog) is secured on property and is not free to roam. All guests are welcomed to stay at the Ridge, provided that they do not smoke in the apartments, maintain a quiet environment with little noise possible, and observe the parking and pool instructions given.
