Relax with the whole family at this peaceful unit right on the water on the beautiful island of Bute. Close to the town and great location for walking you will love the outdoor area watching the sunset right in front of you. We have just newly renovated the back bedroom and en suite bathroom with a new bed and freshly painted decor. The space There is a huge sundrenched living room with gorgeous views across the Firth of Clyde. There are 2 bedrooms, the front bedroom can be made up as 2 x singles or 1 x Super King . Please specify what you require when booking. The second bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) for your convenience. There is a small outdoor area at the back great for having breakfast in the morning sunshine. The living room has a huge window with 180 degree views of the water. You can watch the world go by without leaving the flat! Guest access The whole flat is available for your use with only a few cupboards locked for owners items and bedding. Other things to note There are a few small steps up to the porch, see photos. You could take a wheelchair up the ramp at the side of the house and round the back entrance if this was more convenient for access for people with mobility issues.
