Rental unit in Las Gaviotas

Watch the waves while grilling from your private covered patio. Inside you’ll have a king size bed, fireplace, TV and fully stocked kitchen. The well known surf break, beach volleyball and poolside cocktails and tacos are all within the private community of Las Gaviotas . Close to the Guadalupe Valley and the Baja Mar golf course. There are 3 restaurants that are very close, 2 within walking distance. We provide bath products and towels. The friendly 24 hour security requires an entry form. The space This is a private studio apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom . Includes private , covered patio with a bbq grill and seating . There is a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and stove. It is a few steps away from the malecón where you can walk along the waterfront in both directions enjoying the sea sun and surf. Free on site parking. Guest access There is a large side yard with fruit trees and grass that guests can access. The community also has amenities like tennis/pickleball courts, pool and jacuzzi, shuffleboard, volleyball on private beach (with grills down on the beach too!). Most weekends there is a fresh fish monger as well as Baja tacos and beverages available by the pool. We do not supply beach towels. Other things to note CHECK IN DETAILS: Check in is at 3pm, check out is 11am unless other arrangements are made. Because this is a secure community we will need the names of both guests, type, color and license plate number of your vehicle, then you will receive an email from the Las Gaviotas Condominio to confirm your stay and give you access into the community.
